Previous Experiance
In 1997, Heidi was retained to sell lots and custom homes within the Rimrock subdivision in Escondido, Ca. Recognizing the potential of the downtown urban real estate marketplace, Heidi was engaged by Intracorp, one of the pioneers of the Downtown San Diego redevelopment, to sell mid-rise condominiums. From October of 1999- April 2001, she sold more than 100 homes and reserved another 100, pending to go to contract, from blueprints, floorplans and small scale models of buildings. This ultimately resulted in pre-sale and contract conversion of approximately 290 condominium homes. At completion of the Intracorp projects, Heidi began selling downtown residents for Citymark Development. Initially, without a sales office and working on site with blueprints shown on the trunk of her car, she successfully sold out their first site of 16 homes on Cortez Hill, and started presales on another 121 units in Little Italy. Over the course of 2- 1/2 years she was responsible for sales of 5 individual projects, and a total of 535 homes along with her team.

Heidi loves to golf, garden, cook, and spend time with, family, friends, and her dog!
